2. Service Description

Ayush India is a Calendar scheduling platform that allows patients to:

• Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments with healthcare providers
• Make online payments for consultations (subject to each clinic's terms)

Ayush India is not a healthcare provider and does not offer medical services. All medical advice, diagnoses, and treatments are provided solely by the Licensed healthcare providers.

3. Appointment Booking and Payments

When booking an appointment through Ayush India:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• Payment for consultations is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated
• Fees displayed include the doctor's consultation fee and any applicable platform fees or taxes

4. No Refund Policy

All payments for appointments, including consultation fees, platform fees, and any other charges, are non-refundable. This includes cases of:

• Appointment cancellations by you.
• No-shows or failure to attend the scheduled appointment.
• Appointment rescheduling requests within two hours of the scheduled time.

For any refund inquiries, please contact your clinic or doctor directly, as refunds (if any) are solely at the discretion of the healthcare provider.

5. Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your appointment up to two hours before the scheduled time at no additional charge. Rescheduling within two hours of the appointment start time is not allowed, and a new booking will be required.

6. Payment Distribution

All consultation payments are transferred directly to the healthcare provider, excluding platform fees, government taxes, and any other applicable charges. Ayush India does not handle or manage refunds. For any refund requests, please contact the clinic or healthcare provider.

7. Data Privacy and Security

Ayush India is committed to protecting your privacy. By using our platform, you consent to Ayush India's Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and secure your personal information.

8. Patient Responsibility

You agree to:

• Arrive on time for your appointment.
• Provide accurate information about your health, medical history, and contact details.
• Contact the healthcare provider directly for any questions regarding your care, consultation details, or potential refunds.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ayush India is not responsible for the quality or outcome of any medical consultations scheduled through our platform. Ayush India's role is limited to facilitating appointment bookings and payment processing. Ayush India shall not be liable for any medical decisions, diagnoses, or treatment plans provided by healthcare providers.

10. Modification of Terms

Ayush India reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India.

3. Eligibility

To use Ayush India's services, you must:

• Be a licensed medical professional or a healthcare provider legally permitted to offer healthcare services in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of your information

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Ayush India services solely for managing appointments related to your professional medical or consulting practice
• Adhere to all applicable healthcare laws and privacy regulations, including GDPR, HIPAA, or other local regulations, in handling patient data
• Secure any login credentials, and notify Ayush India immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

5. Payment and Fees

Ayush India charges platform fees. You agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees as outlined in your subscription plan (if any)
• Be responsible for any additional fees related to processing payments for appointments scheduled via Ayush India
• Accept that Ayush India will suspend or terminate access to services if fees are unpaid

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so within the guidelines provided in your subscription plan. Refunds are not provided for partial billing cycles unless required by law.

7. Data Privacy and Security

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and design elements provided by Ayush India are the property of Ayush India or its licensors. You may not duplicate, modify, or redistribute Ayush India's intellectual property without prior consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ayush India provides the platform "as-is" and makes no guarantees about the functionality or availability of services. Ayush India is not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities as a result of using our platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ayush India, its officers, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or data, resulting from your use of the platform.

11. Indemnification
