Doctor-Set Pricing

The fees for consultations, follow-ups, or other healthcare services are set directly by each doctor or healthcare provider.

Platform Fee

Ayush India charges a fixed platform fee of ₹30 for every advance appointment booking made by patients.

Platform Provider

Ayush India functions strictly as a platform provider, offering doctors and healthcare providers tools to manage their calendars, facilitate appointment bookings, and accept payments online. Ayush India is not involved in determining service pricing, handling refunds, or managing payouts to doctors.

Service Fees and Platform Charges

Ayush India charges a platform fee for using the service, which may be deducted from each transaction. This fee covers the operational costs of maintaining the platform and is clearly outlined during the booking process.

Advance Payment Requirement

Patients are required to make advance payments as part of the booking process. These payments are sent directly to the respective doctor or healthcare provider, minus any applicable platform fees or transaction charges.

Payouts to Doctors

Ayush India transfers collected payments to the doctors, ensuring prompt and secure payouts. However, all aspects of fee collection and any potential adjustments are managed solely by the doctors.

Doctor-Managed Refunds

Ayush India does not offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests within two hours of the appointment time. Any refund requests must be directed to the respective doctor or clinic, as all refund decisions are made solely at the discretion of the doctor.

Non-Refundable Platform Fees

Any platform fees, government taxes, and associated charges are non-refundable in the event of cancellations or refunds.

Direct Communication with Doctors

Patients are encouraged to communicate directly with the doctor or clinic regarding any questions or disputes related to pricing, service quality, or other service-specific concerns.

Ayush India's Non-Involvement

Ayush India does not mediate or intervene in pricing disputes or other issues between doctors and patients. Our platform only provides the technology that enables booking and payment transactions.

Modifications

Ayush India reserves the right to update or modify this Pricing Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these updates.
