Cancellation and Refund Policy

Ayush India aims to provide a seamless appointment booking experience for both patients and healthcare providers. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, rescheduling, and any refunds are managed on the Ayush India platform.
1Appointment Cancellations
No Refunds for Cancellations — All payments made for appointments, including consultation fees, platform fees, and applicable taxes, are non-refundable if you choose to cancel an appointment. This applies to both pre-paid and on-demand appointments.
No-Show Policy — If you do not attend a scheduled appointment (no-show), payments are also non-refundable. No-shows are treated as completed appointments.
Late Cancellations — Cancellations within two hours of the appointment time are considered as last-minute cancellations, and no refunds or credits are issued in such cases.
2Rescheduling Policy
Free Rescheduling — You may reschedule an appointment up to two hours before the scheduled start time without incurring any additional charges.
Rescheduling at Appointment Time — Appointments cannot be rescheduled within two hours of the scheduled start time. If you wish to reschedule within this period, you will need to book a new appointment and make a new payment.
3Refunds
No Refund Policy — Ayush India does not offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or last-minute changes. Once a payment is made, it is final and non-refundable.
Payment Distribution — All consultation payments are directly transferred to the doctor or clinic, less any platform fees, government taxes, and charges. Refunds, if applicable, are solely at the discretion of the healthcare provider.
Clinic-Managed Refunds — If a healthcare provider or clinic agrees to issue a refund, the patient must directly contact the clinic to request the refund. Ayush India is not responsible for managing or processing refunds.
4Platform Fees and Taxes
Platform Fees and Taxes — All fees, including platform fees and applicable government taxes, are non-refundable in cases of cancellation or rescheduling.
Changes to Fees — Platform fees or taxes may vary by location or service and are clearly displayed at the time of booking. Any changes in platform fees will not affect prior bookings but will apply to new bookings made thereafter.
5Changes by the Healthcare Provider
Doctor-Initiated Cancellations — If a doctor cancels or reschedules an appointment, you will be notified promptly. In such cases, the clinic or healthcare provider may offer an alternative time or refund, at their discretion, managed by them directly.
Contacting the Clinic — For inquiries regarding refunds or changes initiated by the doctor, please contact the clinic directly as Ayush India is not built to manage refunds, and is only a calendar management app.
